据我驻日使馆商务处函告,日本厚生省对禽类检验证书的内容作了修改,并于今年4月1日起用新的检验证书通关。现将新证书内容发给你们,供对日本出口鸡肉检验出证时使用。并请特别注意,带内脏的家禽不允许出口。

鸡瘟、狂犬病、鸡痘、鸡传染性支气管炎、鸡传染性喉气管炎、鸡新城疫、鸡白血病、包函体肝炎、马立克氏病、鹦鹉热、禽霍乱、鸡结核、大肠杆菌病、传染性鼻卡它(鼻炎)、丹毒、鸡白痢、鸡付伤寒、葡萄球菌病、李斯特氏杆菌病、毒血症、脓毒症、败血症、禽曲霉菌病、原虫病(弓形体病除外)、弓形体病、寄生虫病、变性、尿酸盐沉着、水肿、腹水症、出血、炎症、萎缩、肿瘤(马立克氏病和白血病除外)、内脏异常(形状、大小、质地、颜色和气味不正常)、体温不正常、黄疸、外伤、中毒、瘠瘦、发育不良、生物制剂过敏、污染、放血不良、过烫。

I. the undersigned offical Veterinarian, certify that:
1. This lot of products was derived from poultry whichoriginated
from non-epizootc area, and were found healthy and freefrom
diseades designated by Laws concerned in Japan throughante-
mortem and post mortem inspection.
2. The poultry was slaughtered and processed in theestablishment
registered by SACI.
3. The products had been processed, packed, stored andtranspor-
ted under a sanitary condition, meeting the Rules ofInspec-
tion for Export Chicken, and fit for homan consumption.
