香港卫生署致函国家商检局要求对供港牛肉及牛肉制品按其修改内容出具卫生证书。为保证供港牛肉及牛肉制品符合香港卫生署的要求,经研究,同意按港方的要求出具卫生证书。请各局按附件所列的内容签发证书。

“I,the undersigned OfficialVeterinarian,certify that:
1.THE ABOVE MENTIONED BEEF WAS DERIVED FROMHEALTHY OXEN WHICH HAD BEEN TRANSPORTED FROMNON-EPIZOOTIC AREA.
2.RECEIVED ANTE―MORTEM AND POST―MORTEMVETERINARY INSPECTIONS ANDFOUND FREE FROMCYSTICERCOSIS,ANTHRAX,FOOT AND MOUTHDISEASE,RINDERPEST,
BOVINE SPONGIFORM ENCEPHALOPATHY(BSE)ANDOTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
3.TEXTURE FRESH,WELL DRESSED,PROPERLY FROZENAND FIT FOR HUMAN CON-
SUMPTION.
1.上述牛肉采自健康无病、来自非疫区的牛只。
2.经兽医宰前后检验,未发现囊尾蚴虫、炭疽菌病、口蹄疫、牛瘟、疯牛病,以及其它传染性疾病。
3.肉质新鲜,加工精细、冷冻良好,适合人类食用。
