四川口岸出境人员预防接种不良反应监测分析

　　摘要：目的 了解四川口岸出境人员预防接种不良反应发生情况,分析发生的原因，评价疫苗的安全性，控制和降低不良反应发生率。方法 对2009-2013年四川口岸出境人员预防接种不良反应的监测资料进行分析。 结果 2009-2013年，四川口岸出境人员预防接种不良反应平均发生率为23.63／10万剂次。其中一般反应占预防接种不良反应的96.90％，异常反应占3.10％。不良反应发生率由高到低的疫苗依次是MMR、YF、MPV、VarV、rBS/WC、HepB、HepA。女性不良反应发生率高于男性；留学生、公务人员不良反应发生率高于劳务人员。结论 出境人员接受预防接种是安全、有效和必要的，但同时应加强预防接种规范化操作，准确掌握禁忌证，加强接种前后的护理，选用免疫效果好、且安全性高的疫苗，以减少预防接种不良反应的发生。

　　Abstract： Objective  To investigate the incidence of adverseeffects following immunization （AEFI） among international travelersat Sichuan port and explore the causes for control and reduce theoccurrence of adverse effects. Methods  The surveillance dataof adverse effects following immunization among internationaltravelers at Sichuan port from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed. Results The reporting rate of adverse effects following immunizationwas 23.63/100，000 among international travelers at Sichuan port.The incidence of general and abnormal reaction accounted for96.90%and 3.10%， respectively. The AEFI rates from high to low wereMMR， YF， MPV， VarV， rBS/WC、 HepB， HepA， female was higher thanmale， and the overseas students and public servants were higherthan service personnel Simultaneously. Conclusion  It is safeand necessary for the international trvelers to get vaccination. Inorder to reduce the incidence of adverse effects， the pre and postcare of vaccination need to be enhanced. Meanwhile， thecontraindication should also be controlled strictly.
