大连口岸出入境人员HIV监测及高危性行为统计分析

　　摘要：目的  了解大连口岸出入境人员的艾滋病病毒感染情况和高危性行为，为有效开展艾滋病监测和防止传播提供科学依据。方法 对2010-2013年大连口岸出入境人员的艾滋病监测资料和流行病学调查结果进行分类统计、对比分析。结果 2010-2013年共进行艾滋病监测体检150232人，检出艾滋病病毒抗体阳性24例，主要是未婚或离异的青壮年男性。其中62.50%的人有婚前性行为；33.33%的人有多个性伙伴；25.00%的人承认有冶游史；12.50%的人是同性传播；8.33%的人采取过安全措施；4.16%的人正在接受正规治疗；95.84%的人为首次检出。不同职业、不同年龄段和不同性别艾滋病检出率有统计学意义（P< 0.01或P < 0.05）。结论 身处异乡的职业性质和高危性行为是出入境人员感染艾滋病的主要原因，应加强对出入境人员的卫生知识宣传和教育，提高其自我防范意识，进而制定相应的干预措施。

　　Analysis on surveillance results of HIV infection and high-risksexual

　　behavior among entry-exit population at Dalian port

　　Abstract：  Objective  To understand the situation ofHIV infection in high-risk sexual behavior， and  to provide ascientific basis for effective monitoring and preventing the spreadof AIDS among entry-exit personnel at Dalian port.  Methods The HIV infectious surveillance data and epidemiologicalresults of entry-exit personnel at Dalian port were analyzedstatistically from 2010 to 2013.  Results  From 2010 to2013， a total of 150 232 AIDS medical monitoring people weredetected， 24 cases with HIV-positive were found， who were mainlyunmarried or divorced young men. In which， 62.50% of people hadpremarital sex； 33.33% of people with multiple sexual partners；25.00% of people admitted MCC history tour； 12.50% of people werehomosexual transmission； 8.33% of people took use of securitymeasures； 4.16% of people were receiving regular treatment； 95.84%of people were detected for the first time. There were significantdifference in occupations， ages and genders（P < 0.01 or P <0.05）.  Conclusion  The main reason of HIV infection areoccupations and high-risk sexual behaviors of entry-exit personnel.It is important to strengthen HIV surveillance. We should increasepublicity and education on health knowledge of the class of peopleto improve their self-awareness， and thus develop appropriateinterventions.
