信息化和自动化技术在口岸卫生处理的应用及发展趋势

　　摘要:目的   为了提高口岸卫生处理工作效率, 降低生产成本, 加快货物通关速度, 促进港口发展。方法  分析口岸卫生处理信息化和自动化技术的应用现状及存在不足, 结合当前科学技术进步,展望信息化与自动化技术在口岸卫生处理行业应用的发展趋势。结果   信息化和自动化建设促使各项程序更加合理,使其在现有的资源条件下达到最佳的利用效果。结论   随着国际贸易快速发展, 口岸通关速度要求越来越高,既要加快通关速度又要确保卫生处理效果, 必须依托卫生处理信息化与自动化技术。

　　Abstract:   Objective   To improve the work efficiencyof port sanitary treatment,increase disinfection efficiency, reducecost, accelerate the clearance proceedings, and to stimulate portdevelopment.   Methods   The status on application andshortages of sanitary management information were analyzed.With theprogress of science and technology at present,prospect ofinformation and automation technology in the development trend ofport sanitation industry application were studied.   Results   The information technology and automation madethe more rational procedures, and achieved the best utilizationeffect in the existing resource conditions.   Conclusion  With the rapid development of international trade,the portcustoms clearance speed is more and more high requirements,it isimportant to accelerate the clearance rate and to ensure sanitarytreatment effect in use of the health management information andautomation technology..
