宁波口岸国际航行船员黄热病疫苗接种情况调查

　　摘要:目的   了解国际航行船员黄热病疫苗接种情况及相关因素。方法  搜集宁波口岸入境的国际航行船舶船员的黄热病疫苗接种情况资料, 同时对船长实施问卷调查, 分析相关影响因素。结果  受调查的423艘入境船舶黄热病疫苗接种率为98.30%,其中来自黄热病流行区或易感区的与来自其他地区的船员接种率分别是99.72%和97.31%,二者差异具有统计学意义(P?<?0.05)。船舶总吨(β=0.252,P?<?0.01)、船长受教育水平(β=0.162, P?<?0.05)、船长任职年限(β=0.355,P?<?0.01), 船长对《国际卫生条例》熟悉程度(β=0.485, P?<?0.01)对黄热病疫苗接种率有影响。结论  宁波口岸国际航行船舶船员黄热病疫苗接种情况基本良好, 但存在不均衡性。船长因素对黄热病疫苗接种有重要影响,应加强黄热病疫苗接种监管力度及对国际航行船舶船长的教育培训。

　　Study on yellow fever vaccination of international sailing crewat Ningbo ports

　　Abstract:   Objective   To learn the yellow fevervaccination of international sailing crew and the related factors.  Methods    The information of yellow fevervaccination of entry international crew at Ningbo port were,colleeted and the masters with questionnaire were conducted toanalysis the related factors.   Results   Of the 423entry international vessels, the yellow fever vaccination rate was98.30%, as well as the yellow fever vaccination rates of seamenfrom yellow fever endemic areas or high risk areas and other areaswere 99.72% and 97.31%, respectively, with difference ofstatistical significance (P?<?0.05). The gross tonnage of thevessels (β=0.252, P?<?0.01), as well as the masters' educationlevel (β=0.162, P?<?0.05), the masters' professional years asmaster(β=0.355, P?<?0.01), and degree of familiarity toInternational Health Regulation of the masters (β= 0.485,P?<?0.01)  had certain relation with the yellow fevervaccination rates.   Conclusion   Although the yellowfever vaccination of international crew at Ningbo port is well,there is malconformation on the results. Considering the importanteffects on yellow fever vaccination of the master factors, yellowfever vaccination supervision and related education and trainingupon international vessel masters should be strengthened in thesame time..
