深圳口岸出入境交通员工高血压病行为干预效果研究

　　摘要：目的 通过对深圳口岸出入境交通员工高血压病干预效果的研究，了解出入境交通员工高血压病发病的影响因素，为治疗提供科学依据。方法应用行为干预治疗的方法，在服用降压药物的基础上，增加行为干预，观察综合性行为干预措施对降压疗效的影响。结果干预组高血压疾病相关知识的各项问题的知晓率、生活方式改善、血压水平降低、血压控制率和治疗依从性均高于对照组。结论行为干预配合药物治疗的综合治疗措施提高了深圳口岸出入境交通员工高血压控制率及治疗依从性，是一种行之有效的辅助治疗手段。

　　Abstract:   Objective   To study effect of interventionand understand the influence factors among entry-exittransportation staff's hypertension disease at Shenzhen port, andto provide scientific basis for treatment.   Methods  While reducing blood pressure drug, behavioral intervention wereused for observing the effect of comprehensive behavioralintervention.  Results   Many aspects of interventiongroup were better than that of control group, including theawareness rate of hypertension knowledge, life style improvement,hypertension control rate and adherence.  Conclusion  Behavioral intervention could improve entry-exit transportationstaff's hypertension control rate and adherence. It is asupplementary and effective method.
