2009-2012年上海口岸赴美移民预防接种和不良反应的分析

　　摘要：目的 了解赴美移民预防接种情况，探讨多种疫苗联合接种的安全性。方法采用现场随机调查问卷和电话反馈两种不同方法，收集和分析预防接种的不良反应。结果2009年7月-2012年12月共接待赴美移民体检者13 510人，完成1针及以上疫苗接种者共12 633人，接种各类疫苗共计40704针次。其中2009年9月到2010年12月，采用现场随机调查问卷方法得到总体不良反应率为5.93%，预防接种不良反应与联合接种针次和接种者年龄无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。2011年1月至2012年12月，采用电话反馈方法得到总体不良反应率为0.20%。结论在赴美移民申请者中开展多种疫苗联合接种是安全的。

　　Analysis on the vaccines immunization for US immigrant visa

　　Abstract:   Objective   To analysis  the vaccinesimmunization for US immigrant visa applicants from 2009 to 2012 atShanghai port, and to investigate the safety of simultaneouslyadministration by surveying vaccine adverse reaction.  Methods   The data of adverse reaction was collected by onsiterandom questionnaire survey and phone deceleration among USimmigrant visa applicants receiving physical examination inShanghai international travel healthcare center.  Results   A total of 40704 doses covering different vaccineswere given among 12633 people during Jul 2009 to Dec 2012. Thereported rate of adverse reaction from Sep 2009 to Dec 2010 was5.93% by the way of onsite questionnaire survey and 0.20% by theway of phone deceleration from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012. Furtheranalysis showed there was no statistical difference on the rate ofadverse reaction between different doses simultaneous injection atthe same time or between different ages of the recipients.  Conclusion    According to the result of this study, itis safe to administer several vaccines on different part ofbilateral arm at the same time among US immigrant visaapplicants.
