摘要:目的 实现国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化,国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。方法集成采用条形码、证件识别和光纤技术建立信息系统并应用于口岸现场和实验室。结果本系统的应用实现了国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化和国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。结论本系统在深圳五个口岸应用以来,口岸传染病监测和实验室检测效率大大提高;系统的应用为国境口岸传染病症状监测的开展和输入性传染病早期预测预警水平的提高奠定了基础。

Abstract: Objective To realize theinformationization on the whole process of infectious diseasesmonitoring at frontier ports, and to achieve information sharingamong frontier port site and quarantine laboratory. Methods Integrated using bar codes, ID recognition and optical fibertechnology were used to establish the information system betweenthe port field site and the laboratory. Results Application of the system achieved the informatization in wholeprocess of infectious diseases monitoring at frontier portsand information sharing between frontier field and quarantinelaboratory. Conclusion Since the system have beenapplied at five Shenzhen ports, infectious diseases surveillanceand laboratory detection efficiency is greatly improved, and theapplication of system can provide the foundation for infectiousdisease symptom monitoring and early forecast warning for importedinfectious diseases.
