非洲旅行的健康咨询

　　摘要：健康咨询是指旅行医生根据旅行者自身健康状况、日常生活、工作、行程、饮食情况、旅行地的气候和地理环境因素、疫病流行情况、卫生法规政策、卫生保障水平等为旅行者分析可能发生的医学问题和健康风险，提供预防或检查的方法、意见或建议。为旅行者提供健康咨询一直是国际旅行卫生保健中心的重要工作之一。非洲吸引着很多旅行者前往，但同时非洲也是全球多种疾病发病率和死亡率较高的地区。本文将非洲旅行健康咨询的主要内容进行归纳总结。

　　Abstract:   Health consultation means that the doctorprovides a method to prevent or check medical issues and healthrisks, which is based on the traveler’s health status, daily life,job, itinerary, diet, climate and geographical environment of thedestination, epidemic situation of infectious disease. Providingthe travel health consultation for travelers has been one of theimportant work of the international travel health care center.Africa attracts many visitors, but at the same time, Africa is aregion of the word which has a variety of diseases with highmorbidity and mortality. The article summarizes the main content oftravel health consultation of Africa.
