2011年中越河口口岸入境发热人员呼吸道病毒监测结果分析

    摘要：目的掌握中越河口口岸入境发热人员呼吸道病毒感染情况。方法2011年采集入境发热人员咽拭子，用RT-PCR和PCR方法检测8种呼吸道病毒，将阳性样本的PCR产物直接测序，利用MEGA4软件进行序列对比和系统进化分析。结果共采集中国籍和越南籍入境发热人员咽拭子样本66份，检出3型副流感病毒1份，人腺病毒3份，其中2份为基因2型，1份为基因7型；中国籍入境发热人员阳性检出率为10.53%，越南籍入境发热人员阳性检出率为4.26%。结论初步明确了河口口岸入境发热人员的呼吸道病毒感染情况，中越河口口岸入境人员呼吸道病毒感染率较高，应加强传染病防控知识宣传教育。

    Surveillance on respiroviruses of entry persons withfever on

    Abstract:   Objective   To understand therespiroviruses carried by entry persons with fever at Hekou port,China adjacent to Laocai, Vietnam.   Methods    Thethroat swab samples from entry fevery persons were collected in2011. Eight kinds of respiroviruses were detected by RT-PCR and PCRmethods, the positive samples were gene-sequenced and analyzed.   Results    A total of 66 throat swab sampleswere collected in 2011, one sample detected positive for type 3parainfluenzavirus, and three samples were positive for humanadenovirus detection, among which two of them were genotype 2 andthe other one was 7 genotype. The positive rate was 10.53% and4.26% in Chinese and Vietnamese, respectively.   Conclusion   The respiroviruses infection of entry persons at Hekouport was understood. It is necessary for public health educationamong entry andexit persons at Hekou port.
