江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1抗体阳性者免疫印迹带型分析

   摘要：目的研究江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1艾滋病感染者免疫印迹试验(WB)带型的分布特征。方法对2003—2013年3月江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1抗体确证阳性的WB带型结果进行统计分析。结果23例江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1阳性标本免疫印迹带型中gp 160、gp 120、p 66、p 51、gp 41、p 31、p24阳性率为100%，p 55阳性率为78.3%，p 17阳性率为95.6%；中国籍和非洲籍人员比较，非洲籍人员的p55阳性率高于中国籍人员；不同性别比较，p 55阳性率差别有统计学意义，女性高于男性；不同年龄组间比较，p55阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论江西口岸出入境人员HIV-1抗体阳性者gp 160、gp 120、p 66、p 51、gp 41、p31、p 24阳性率高，具备确证HIV-1的特异性条带，对于不同国家的出入境人员还有待进一步扩大样本量进一步研究。

    Analysis on western blot bands pattern amongentry-exit personnels

    with positive HIV-1 antibody at Jiangxi ports

    Abstract:   Objective   To investigate thebands distribution of western blot band patterns of HIV-1 antibodyamong HIV-infected persons at Jiangxi ports.  Methods  χ2 tests were carried out for bands patterns of HIV-1 antibodypositive samples from 2003 to 2013 at Jiangxi port.  Results  In 23 HIV-1 infected persons, the positive detection rate ofgp 160, gp 120, p 66, p 51, gp 41, p 31, p 24 were 100%. p 55 and p17 were 78.3% and 95.6%, respectively. The positive rate of p 55among the African was higher than that Chinese. The positive rateof p 55 in the female was higher than that in the male. There wassignificant difference among the groups of different age. Conclusion   The entry-exit persons with positive HIV-1antibody at Jiangxi ports have high positive detection rates ofgp160, gp120, p66, p51, gp41, p31, p24, which are thedistinctivebands to conform HIV-1. To the people from differentcountry, it needs more samples for further study.
