深圳口岸首例来自黄热病疫区的入境人员检疫处置探讨

　　摘要：目的分析深圳口岸首例来自黄热病疫区无黄热病预防接种证书的入境人员的检疫处置过程，完善来自黄热病疫区入境人员的检疫监管措施。方法通过体温监测、流行病学调查发现来自黄热病疫区入境人员，检查其黄热病预防接种证书；对发热入境人员及无黄热病预防接种证书入境人员采集血样立即送检，根据实验室检测结果进行检疫处置。结果发现5名无黄热病预防接种证书的入境人员；检测确认6份血样黄热病病毒核酸均为阴性，全部排除黄热病染疫嫌疑予以放行,根据风险分析情况进行后续监管。结论卫生检疫模式、一线人员业务素质以及实验室技术力量是做好卫生检疫工作的重要保障。口岸应加强对黄热病预防接种证书的查验，进一步完善相关的工作机制。

　　Disposal of the first case of entry travelers from epidemicarea of yellow fever at Shenzhen port

　　Abstract:   Objective   To analyze the disposal of the first case of entry travelers from epidemicarea of yellow fever without valid yellow fever vaccinationcertificates at Shenzhen port, and to investigate the effectivequarantine measures for the travelers from yellow fever-endemiczones.   Methods   The travelers from yellowfever-endemic zones were found with temperature monitoring andepidemiological investigation, the blood samples of traveler withfever and travelers without valid yellow fever vaccinationcertificates were collected. Blood samples were sent to thelaboratory to detect yellow fever virus immediately.  Results   A total of 5 travelers without valid yellowfever vaccination certificates were found. The laboratory’ werenegative; all the travelers were cleared of yellow feversuspicion，and were taken follow-up supervision after riskanalysis.  Conclusion   The health and quarantinemode, front-line staff quality as well as the laboratory technicalare the important guarantee for health and quarantine work. It isnecessary to improve relevant working mechanisms to strengthen theinspection of Yellow Fever vaccination certificate.
