摘要:目的了解志贺菌、沙门菌、霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌在进口葡萄酒中的存活状况。方法按GB 4789.2-2010 平板计数法检测。结果 金黄色葡萄球菌和单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌能用平板计数法检出,其他细菌不能检出。结论本实验提示改进目前葡萄酒中致病菌的检测技术,减少食品安全风险。

Study on the survival of food-borne pathogens in importedwines

Abstract: Objective To investigate thesurvive of borne pathogens such as Shigella, Salmonella, Vibriocholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli O157: H7,Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus in importedwines. Methods The method was developed accordingto GB 4789.2-2010. Results The resultshowed that Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus couldbe counted ,others pathogens couldn't be found. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the currentdetection technology on food-borne pathogens in imported wines andreduce the risk of it on food safety.
