摘要:目的 掌握珠江水域广州口岸鼠形动物的本底情况,为口岸鼠形动物防控、完善传染病防控机制等工作提供科学依据。方法采用夹(笼)夜法调查鼠形动物的种群构成、密度、季节消长、繁殖及体表寄生虫等情况。结果全年共捕获鼠形动物1984只,隶属于2目2科3属8种,其中施氏屋顶鼠是广州地区口岸首次发现;优势种为臭鼩鼱和褐家鼠;年平均鼠密度为2.26%;呈双峰型;高峰期出现在9~11月和6月。结论本次调查掌握了珠江水域广州口岸鼠形动物的本底情况。

Abstract: Objective To understand thebackground situation of the rodents at Guangzhou ports along theZhujiang River, and to provide scientific evidence for rodentsprevention and control, improving the mechanism of prevention andcontrol of communicable diseases. Methods Nighttrap was used to investigate rodent population, density, seasonalgrowth, reproduction, and carrying parasites. Results A total of 1 984 rodents were captured andidentified as 2 orders 2 families 3 genera 8 species. Rattus rattusalexandrinus Geiffrong was discovered for the first time atGuangzhou ports. The dominant species were Suncus murinus Linnaeusand R.norvegicus Berkenhout. The annual average density was 2.26%.There were two peaks from Septemker to December andJune. Conclusion The investigation providesscientific basis for the prevention and control of rodents andrelated communicable diseases at Guangzhou ports along the Zhujiangriver.
