吸毒针具残血与静脉血HIV抗体检测结果对比研究

　　摘要：目的 对回收吸毒针具残血样本进行HIV抗体检测，研究该检测方法用于吸毒人群艾滋病流行监测的可行性。方法对云南省中澳艾滋病项目于2010年4月至2011年4月间，在云南边境地区和昆明市回收的1723支静脉吸毒针具残血样本及与回收吸毒针具残血样本对应的静脉吸毒人员中采集静脉血样本472份进行HIV抗体检测；对回收吸毒针具残血样本和吸毒人员静脉血样本的HIV抗体检测结果进行统计学分析。结果对同一个吸毒者而言，用回收吸毒针具残血样本与静脉血样本进行HIV抗体检测，检测结果无统计学差异。结论通过回收吸毒针具对吸毒人群进行艾滋病流行检测是可行的。该方法也可作为对吸毒人群艾滋病常规监测工作的补充。

　　Abstract:   Objective   To recycle drugneedle residual blood samples for HIV antibody detection, and toresearch its feasibility of monitoring the AIDS prevalence amongdrug users.   Methods   With the help ofAustralia-China Joint AIDS project in Yunnan province, a total of 1723 intravenous drug needle residual blood samples were recycled atthe Yunnan border areas, from April 2010 to April 2011, for HIVantibody detection. Meanwhile, venous blood samples among drugusers in corresponding areas for HIV antibody detection werecollected. And HIV antibody detection results wereanalyzed.   Results   For the same drug users,HIV antibody positive rate between the recycled drug needleresidual blood samples and the venous blood samples were of nostatistical difference. Conclusion   It’s feasible fordetecting the AIDS prevalence among drug users through recyclingdrug needles, this method can be used for HIV surveillance amongdrug users, needle exchange programs work in HIV detection and AIDSintervention effect evaluation.
