杭州口岸出入境留学人员麻疹抗体监测结果分析

　　摘要：目的 了解出入境留学人员麻疹免疫状况，为加强口岸麻疹监管提供依据。方法收集2011年杭州口岸出入境留学人员健康体检资料，采用ELISA法检测了部分人员的麻疹IgG抗体水平，并对监测结果进行流行病学分析。结果受检出境和入境留学人员麻疹IgG抗体GMC分别为432.89 IU/L、569.63IU/L，抗体阳性率为90.4%、88.0%，抗体保护率为13.6%、35.4%。各年龄组GMC和抗体保护率均为入境＞出境，19~岁和23~岁组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。来自非洲地区留学人员抗体阳性率和保护率均明显低于其他区域。结论出入境留学人员主要集中在高中和大学年龄段，对麻疹的免疫率低于WHO建议水平，属麻疹易感人群，应加强监管。

　　Analysis of measles antibody levels among exit-entry

　　students at Hangzhou port

　　Abstract:   Objective   To master measlesimmunization levels among exit-entry students, and to provide basisfor the supervision measles at port.  Methods   The data of health examination in 2011 amongentry-exit students, the measles IgG antibody levels was detectedby ELISA, and monitoring results for epidemiological wasanalyzed.   Results   Subjects inbound andoutbound students measles IgG antibody GMC were 432.89 IU/L, 569.63IU/L, the antibody positive rates were 90.4% and 88.0%, antibodyprotection rates were 13.6% and 35.4%. Entry students’ GMC level ofeach age groups and antibody protection rates were higher than theexit students’, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) between 19 years old and 23 years old; antibody positiverate was no significant difference (P > 0.05). African studentsantibody positive rate and protection rates were significantlylower than in other regions.  Conclusion   Theimmigration overseas students mainly focused on high school andcollege age, lower than the WHO recommended levels of measlesimmunization rates. They belong to measles susceptible crowd, it isimportant to strengthen supervision.
