银川河东机场医学媒介生物监测结果分析

    摘要：目的掌握银川机场口岸鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊类4种医学媒介生物本底情况，掌握种类构成及季节消长情况，为口岸媒介生物控制提供科学依据。方法鼠类调查采用夹（笼）夜法，蚊类采用人帐诱捕法，蝇类采用捕蝇笼诱捕，蜚蠊采用盒式诱捕法，对捕获的鼠形动物、成蚊、蝇类和蜚蠊进行分类鉴定及统计分析。结果捕获鼠形动物32只，经鉴定隶属于1目3科4属4种；捕获成蚊7072只，经鉴定隶属于1科2亚科3属4种，淡色库蚊为优势种，占捕获总数的70.86%，蚊类平均密度为110.5只/人工•h；捕获成蝇19017只，经鉴定隶属于3科7属11种，丝光绿蝇为优势种，7~9月为高峰期，平均密度为306只/笼；调查捕获蜚蠊670只，经鉴定隶属于2科2属2种，平均密度为0.93只/盒，优势种为德国小蠊。结论本次调查较全面的掌握了银川机场医学媒介生物的本底情况，为积极开展口岸医学媒介生物防制工作提供了科学资料。

    Investigation on medical vectors at YinchuanInternational Airport

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the background, population distribution, seasonaldynamics and habitats of the medical vectors at YinchuanAirport.    Methods   The cage ensnarementand spring clip method were used to investigate  mouse, cagetraps was used to catch flies,  cassette trapping law was usedto catch cockroach, and all the vectors were classified andanalyzed.  Results   A total of 32 rodents wereidentified as 4 species 4 genera 3 families. The mosquitoes wereidentified as 4 species 3 genera 1 family, and culex pipienspallens was dominant species, the average density of mosquito was110.5/labor•h. The flies were identified as 11 species 7 genera 3families, Lucilia sericate was dominant species, the averagedensity of flies was 306 flies / cage. The cockroach wereidentified as 2 species 2 genera 2 families, the average densitywas 0.93/ box, Blattella germanica was dominant species. Conclusion   We find out the populationdistribution,seasonal dynamics and habitats of the medical vectorat Yinchuan Airport.This information is very helpful for us toprevent and eliminat the medical vectors at Yinchuan Airport.
