摘要:目的研究和探讨“一点四支撑”联防联控技术体系在航空口岸输入性传染病防控中的作用及发展方向。方法总结“一点四支撑”联防联控技术体系在四川航空口岸输入性传染病联防联控机制中的作用,结合航空口岸特点,对联防联控技术体系的发展进行分析。结果以风险预警为切入点,以共享型信息化平台、协作型管理制度、快速集成型检测技术、高效节约型资源配置为支撑,联防联控技术体系在四川航空口岸的实际应用中取得良好的成效。结论“一点四支撑”联防联控技术体系成效显著,今后应重点加强疫情预警科技化、信息化建设和快速无创检测技术研发,促进联防联控技术体系的全面化、信息化、可持续化发展。

Abstract: Objective To research and discuss the function and development of “one pointand four support” joint prevention and control system. Methods The effects of “one point and four support”were summarized and the development of this system was analyzedwith the feature of the air port. Results Thejoint prevention and control system composed of the early warning,information sharing platform, collaborative management system,rapid integrated detection technology, and efficient allocation ofresources. The systems were convinced effective at Sichuan airport.Conclusion Further study should focus on early warningand rapid integrated detection technology research.
