摘要:蜱螨是分布广泛的病媒生物,在携带和传播人类致病因子方面有着重要意义。传统的蜱螨形态分类学在技术和方法上有着一定的局限性,而分子生物学和数值分类学的应用则促进了蜱螨分类鉴定工作的发展。本文综述了蜱螨分类鉴定方法的研究进展。

Progress on the classification methods of theticks and mites

Abstract: The ticks and mites area large group of vectors which distributed widely. They can carryinfectious agent which was discovered to exert its adverse effecton both animal and human health, such as pathogen transmission.However, some limitations were in traditional taxonomy. Recently, with the application of modern molecular biologytechnology and statistics, the classification methods of the ticksand mites was greatly improved. Therefore, in this review, we willfocus on the progress of the classification methods of the ticksand mites so far.
