2006—2012年江西口岸输入性疟疾临床表现和治疗分析

    摘要：目的 探讨输入性疟疾临床表现及其流行病学特点，为输入性疟疾的诊断及治疗提供指导。方法对2006—2012年间江西口岸82例输入性疟疾实验室确诊病例和临床诊断病例进行统计分析。结果包括实验室确诊病例和临床诊断病例在内的所有病例经抗疟治疗后均痊愈，2例在1月内出现再燃，经再次抗疟治疗后痊愈。全部病例随访6个月以上无复发。结论流行病学调查是输入性疟疾诊断中最重要的环节。除实验室确诊病例应及时给予抗疟治疗外，对符合流行病学特征的临床诊断病例可进行治疗性诊断给药。联合用药能取得更好的治疗效果。

    Analysis on clinical manifestations andtreatment of 82 cases with

    imported malaria at Jiangxi port

    Abstract:   Objective  To explore the clinical manifestations and epidemiologicalcharacteristics of the imported malaria, and to guide diagnosis andtreatment.   Methods   The data of laboratorialand Clinical with 82 imported malaria cases were analyzed form 2006to 2012.   Results   All patients were treatedwith the therapeutic alliance based on artemether，and were allcured.Two recrudescent patients of them were cured by treating oncemore. Conclusion   The epidemiological investgation isthe foremost procedure in diagnosing imported malaria. Not only thecertain laboratorial diagnosing cases ,but the clinical diagnosingcases should be given treatment in time. Therapeutic alliance basedon artemisinin can achieve better results.
