DR-PACS-RIS系统在出入境人员胸部X线体检中应用的探讨

    摘要：目的 探讨DR-PACS-RIS系统在出入境人员胸部X线体检中的应用价值。方法引进柯达DR3500数字成像系统，运用锐柯公司建立医学影像存档与通信系统（PACS系统），与中心原有的放射信息系统（RIS系统）相整合，开展出入境人员全数字化影像的检查和诊断。结果DR-PACS-RIS系统的应用改变了传统影像科的工作模式，提高了工作效率，缩短了工作流程，提高了诊断质量，方便体检资料的存档和管理，减少了成本消耗。结论DR-PACS-RIS系统以数字成像技术、计算机技术和网络技术为基础，全面解决医学影像获取、显示、处理、储存、传输、管理和相关的医疗保健运作的综合性规划方案及系统，将成为中心现代化建设中重要的基础设施。

    Application of the DR-PACS-RIS system in thechest X-ray examination among international travelers

    Abstract:   Objective  To investigate the value of the DR-PACS-RIS system in the chestX-ray examination among international travelers. Methods   The Kodak DR3500 digital imaging systems andPicture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) wereintroduced, meanwhile, the radiology information system (RISsystem) was used. The examination and diagnosis of all-digitalimage screening were carried out.  Results   Theapplication of DR-PACS-RIS system changed the work mode of thetraditional imaging department. It improve the work efficiency anddiagnostic quality. It was much more easy to archiving andmanagement of medical information. The system also reduced the costof consumption. Conclusion   DR-PACS-RIS system based ondigital imaging technology, computer and network technology, whichcan resolve the medical image acquisition, display, processing,storage, transmission, management and related health care operationof comprehensive planning programs and systems entirely. It willbecome an important and modern infrastructure of the health carecenter.
