摘要:目的 为有效地开展传染病监测和预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2009年1月—2012年12月湖南口岸52 126名出入境人员的传染病监测情况进行统计分析。结果 共检出各类传染病感染者3801例,总检出率7.29%;其中以HBsAg检出率最高,为3083例,占81.11%。5年HBsAg总检出率为5.91%。五类传染病感染者均以出国劳务人员为最多,占总检出量的64.90%。各年度传染病感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2= 105.358,P>0.05),2009—2012年度各类传染病检出率分别进行统计分析,仅有HBsAg检出率差异具有统计学意义(P=0.036<0.05),HCV抗体阳性、梅毒、HIV感染者、传染性肺结核检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。把各职业类型人群的传染病阳性检出率进行卡方检验,总体上差异有统计学意义(χ2= 178.727,P < 0.05)。结论应加强对出入境人员的传染病监测工作,制定有效的防治对策,以防止传染病通过国境口岸进一步传播。

Analysis on monitoring results of infectiousdisases among
enrty-exit persons at Hunan port

Abstract: Objective To analyze the status of infectionus diseases among entry-exitpersonnels, and to provide scientific evidence for infectiousdieases surveillance and prevention. Methods Thedata of infectious diseases surveillance among 52 126 Entry-exitpersonnels at Hunan port during Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2012 wereanalyzed. Results A total of 3 801 cases ofinfectious diseases were found, the total detection rate was 7.29%.In which, 3 083 cases were HBsAg, accounting for 81.11%, thedetection rate of HBsAg was the highest, the total detection ratewas 5.91%. The largest number of infectious diseases was exitlabors, accounting for 64.90%. There was non-significancedifference in the detection rate of infection diseases each year(χ2=105.358,P>0.05). There was statistically significance differencein the detection rate of HBsAg (P = 0.036 P<0.05).There was nosignificant difference in the detection rate of HCV antibodypositive, syphilis, HIV, infectious tuberculosis (P>0.05).There was significant difference in the positive rate ofdifferent occupational groups (χ2 =178.727,P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important tostrengthen infectious diseases surveillance amongentry-exit personnels, to establish effective counter-measures, andto prevent the farther spread of infectious diseases.
