东莞口岸出入境老年人群梅毒检测结果分析

    摘要：目的探讨在出入境人员传染病监测工作中，老年人群梅毒血清学检测阳性率异常偏高的原因。方法结合临床资料对2011年1月至2012年6月在东莞口岸出入境人员传染病监测工作中梅毒抗体检测资料进行回顾性分析。结果60岁以上老年人群梅毒抗体阳性率比其他人群显著升高。出入境人员中老年人群梅毒血清学试验阳性结果与临床表现、病史、流行病学资料等实际情况存在明显不同。结论对老年出入境人员的梅毒诊断，应采取科学、严谨、慎重的态度。

    Analysis on results of syphilis antibody testamong entry-exit

    elderly population at Dongguan port

    Abstract:   Objective  To explore the reason for an abnormal high positive rate ofsyphilis antibody among entry-exit elderly population. Methods   Combined with chinical data, the syphilisantibodies data among entry-exit people from Jan. 2011 to Jun. 2012at Dongguan port were retrospectively analyzed.  Results   The positive rate of syphilis antibody wasobviously higher among the elderly population over the age of 60than that of the other groups. The positive results of serologicaltests among the elderly entry-exit people were significantdifferences with their clinical manifestations, medical history andepidemiological data.  Conclusion   It is necessaryto take scientific and cautious attitude for syphilisdiagnosis.
