摘要:目的 了解重庆寸滩港蝇类本底现状,为口岸媒介生物防治提供科学依据。方法2010年10月—2011年11月在寸滩港采用蝇笼诱捕法,对寸滩港区不同生境蝇类的种类分布、密度及季节消长进行调查。结果调查共捕获蝇类2876只,经鉴定隶属4科28属67种,优势蝇种为大头金蝇、巨尾阿丽蝇、铜腹重毫蝇、紫绿蝇,蝇密度消长呈双峰型,平均密度为14.67只/笼,5月-7月为高峰期,12月-次年2月为低峰期,不同生境蝇密度不同,其中职工食堂密度最高。结论调查填补了重庆寸滩港口岸蝇类调查资料的空白,为进一步开展蝇类传播传染病监测和控制提供了依据。

Investigation of flies at Cuntan port

Abstract: Objective To understand the flies baseline at Chongqing cuntan port, and toprovide scientific evidences for the control of flies atports. Methods The density,seasonal changes andspecies structure of flies were investigated with cage-entrap fromOctober 2010 to November 2011 at Chongqing Cuntan port. Results A total of 2 876 flies were captured,andclassified as 4 families 28 genera 67 species. The preponderantspecies were megacephala, Aldrichina grahami, Dichaetomyia bibax,L. (Caesariceps) porphytina. The fly density changed in differentseason, the peak level of fly density appeared in May, andthe average density was 14.67 flies per cage.The fly density wasdifferent at different sites, and the highest one was at the staffcafeteria. Conclusion The investigation providethe flies baseline data at Chongqing Cuntan port. In order tocontrol flies at port, it is necessary to take the suitablemeasures at the different time and different places.
