2010—2011年度涪陵水运口岸蝇类本底调查报告

    摘要:目的掌握涪陵水运口岸蝇类的种群构成、生境分布、季节消长等情况,为口岸蝇类卫生控制提供依据。方法2010年9月—2011年10月,在涪陵水运口岸即黄旗码头、糠壳湾码头,采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获蝇类,按常规方法鉴定到种,分析不同环境的蝇类密度和季节消长规律。结果涪陵水运口岸共捕获蝇类3301只,经鉴定隶属于6科34属90种,其优势种群为巨尾阿丽蝇、大头金蝇、紫绿蝇、瘦叶带绿蝇、白头亚麻蝇。涪陵水运口岸以外围蝇密度最高,为20.25只/笼•d;其次是集装箱泊位,为12.98只/笼•d;检疫处理区最低,为3.21只/笼•d。黄旗码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4~5月和9~11月,糠壳湾码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4~6月、10~11月,均呈双峰型。结论涪陵水运口岸2个码头的优势蝇种基本一致,黄旗码头蝇类密度低于国家控制标准,糠壳湾码头蝇类密度高于国家控制标准。外围、集装箱泊位最易滋生蝇类。春秋季节应加强蝇类的防控。

    Investigation of flies at Fuling FerryTerminals from 2010 to 2011

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the species composition, seasonal variation anddistribution of flies at different habitats at Fuling waterborneports, and to provide the evidence for prevention and control offlies at ports.   Methods   Cage-entrap wasused to capture flies from September 2010 to October 2011 atHuangqi and Kangkewan dock in Fuling, flies were identified tospecies with conventional method, and its density and seasonalchanges at different environments were analyzed. Results   A total of 3 301 flies were captured andclassified as 6 family 34 genera 90 species. The dominant specieswere Aldrichina grahami,Chrysomya megacephala,Luciliaporphytina,Hemipyrellia ligurriens, Parasarcophaga albiceps.Therefore, the highest fly density was 20.25/cage•day on theperiphery of Fuling ferry terminals, container berth was the next.In which, fly density was 12.98/cage•day, and fly density at thequarantine and treatment area was the lowest, which was3.21/cage•day. Fly density at both ports were shuangfeng type. AtHuangqi dock, two peaks of fly density were from April to May andfrom September to November, which were from April to June and fromOctober to November at Kangkewan dock.  Conclusion  The dominant species of the two docks at Fuling ferry terminalswere the same basically. Fly density at Huangqi dock was undernational standards, and was higher than national standards atKangkewan dock. Flies were survive easily on the periphery ofFuling ferry terminals and at container berth. We should strengthen prevention and control of flies in the spring andAutumn.
