口岸核与辐射监测处置标准体系的现状分析与建议

    摘要：目的 探讨口岸核与辐射监测处置标准体系现状并提出相应的建议。方法分析国际组织、有关国家以及我国核与辐射相关标准现状，提出完善我国口岸核与辐射监测处置标准体系的对策与建议。结果口岸核与辐射监测处置标准体系不完善，不能有效规范和指导口岸核与辐射有害因子监测处置工作。结论结合口岸工作实际，亟需建立完整、规范、有效的口岸核与辐射监测处置标准体系。

    Abstract:   Objective  To explore the problems of nuclear and radiation monitoring anddisposal standard system at ports, and to provide proposalsaccordingly.  Methods   The standard status fornuclear and radiation of China, international organizations andother countries was analyzed, the countermeasure and suggestion ofthe standard system for nuclear and radiation monitoring anddisposal was studied.  Results   The standard systemfor nuclear and radiation monitoring and disposal were imperfectand it can not effectively regulate and guide the work ofmonitoring and disposal of  nuclear and radiation at ports.Conclusion   A complete, normative and effective standardsystem for monitoring and disposal of nuclear and radiation atports is desiderated to be established according to the practicalwork.
