涉外技术性执法人员心理健康调查与分析

    摘要：目的 了解涉外技术执法人员的心理健康状况。方法采用逐层随机抽样的方法，选取177名涉外技术执法人员进行调查，问卷采用SCL-90症状自评量表，统计方法采用t检验进行分析。结果与全国常模比较，涉外技术执法人员在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病态方面没有明显差异(P >0.05)，接近常模，在人际关系、恐怖和偏执方面明显低于常模(P <0.05)。受调人员的心理健康状况不受年龄影响，但受性别影响明显，尤其是女性行政人员的心理健康问题较突出。结论涉外技术执法人员中女性行政人员的心理健康水平偏低。因此，加强女性行政人员的心理健康尤为必要的。

    Inverstigation and analysis on psycologicalhealth among

    technical personnel for foreign lawenforcement

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the mental-health stautus among technical personnelfor foreign law enforcement.   Methods   Atotal of 177 subjects with technically law enforcement were choosedto be inverstigated by zone-by-zone random sampling method.Questionnaire of SCL-90 symptom measurement scale and statisticalmethods were adopted in this study.   Results  Compared with the national norm, the value of technical personnelfor foreign law enforcement showed no significant difference insomatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility andpsychosis (P > 0.05). However, the interpersonal relationships,terror and paranoia were lower than the norm (P > 0.05). Themental-health stautus quo of these staff was not affected by agebut by gender, especially the female executives. Conclusion   Based on the low level of mental health ofwomen executives, it is especially necessary to strengthen themental health of women executives.
