摘要:目的了解双流国际机场医学媒介生物(鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊)的种群组成、季节消长,为病媒生物的防控提供科学依据。方法鼠类监测采用夹夜法,蚊类成蚊监测采用人工小时法、幼蚊监测采用集卵器法,蝇类监测采用笼诱法,蜚蠊监测采用粘板法。结果此次媒介生物调查共捕获鼠形动物2目2科3属4种,褐家鼠为优势种;蚊类1科4属6种,致倦库蚊为优势种;蝇类4科20属35种,大头金蝇为优势种;蜚蠊1科1属1种,为德国小蠊。结论应依据医学媒介生物的季节消长规律,加强病媒生物的防控工作,降低疾病传播风险。

Investigation on vectors at ShuangliuInternational Airport in 2009~2011

Abstract: Objective To understand the population composition, seasonal fluctuation atShuangliu International Airport, and to provide the basis for theprevention and control of vectors. Methods Therodent density was monitored by night trap, mosquito density by thelabor hour method, fly density by cage trap and cockroach densityby glue trap. Results The rodents wereidentified as 2 orders 2 families 3 genera 4 species, mosquitoes as1 family 4 genera 6 species, flies as 4 families 20 genera 35species, cockroaches as 1 family 1 genus 1 species. Rattusnorvegicus, Chrysomyia megacephala, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatusand Blattella germanica were dominant species,respectively. Conclusion Based on theseasonal fluctuation of vectors, it is important to strengthen theprevention and control of vectors, and reduce disease transmissionrisk.
