2010—2011年吴淞口国际邮轮码头蝇类种群调查

    摘要：目的 掌握吴淞口国际邮轮码头的蝇类本底，为口岸蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法从2010年4月—2011年10月，采用蝇笼诱捕法，对吴淞口邮轮码头的蝇类种群和季节消长进行调查。结果本次调查共捕获蝇类766只，经鉴定隶属于5科18属25种，优势蝇种为大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇、家蝇；蝇密度随季节消长，6~9月为高峰期。结论本次调查基本摸清了吴淞口国际邮轮码头蝇类的种群构成与季节性消长情况，为进一步开展蝇类媒介生物防治、蝇类传染病调查和控制提供了依据。

    Analysis on surveillance results of flies atShanghai

    Wusongkou international cruise

    Abstract:   Objective  To master the background of the flies at Shanghai Wusongkouinternational cruise, and to provide a scientific basis for theprevention and control of flies.  Methods   Cagetrapping was used to investigate the distribution and seasonalpopulation fluctuation of flies at Shanghai Wusongkou internationalcruise.   Results   A total of 766 flies werecaptured, classified as 5 families 18 genera and 25 species. Thepreponderant species were Chrysomya megacephala, Lucilia sericata,Lucilia cuprina and Musca domestica; the fly density fluctuatedwith season, and the peak period was June to September. Conclusion   The investigation provided the fliesbaseline data of seasonal population growth and decline at ShanghaiWusongkou international cruise for fly control and communicabledisease surveillance.
