2010—2011年嘉兴港鼠形动物及病原体携带本底调查

    摘要：目的掌握嘉兴港区内鼠形动物密度、种群分布、季节消长和病原体携带情况，为指导口岸灭鼠工作和防止外来物种入侵提供科学依据。方法采用鼠夹法对嘉兴港区进行鼠形动物密度及种群分布调查；采用鼠笼法对捕获的鼠形动物采血样和肺、肾样做流行性出血热病毒检测。结果共捕获鼠形动物40只，经鉴定隶属于3目4科6属6种，优势种为黑线姬鼠，平均鼠密度为0.23％。送检的12份样本经检测流行性出血热均为阴性。结论本次调查结果显示，嘉兴港区鼠密度已达国家无鼠害口岸标准。

    Investigation of background on rodentsand

    its carrying pathogen at Jiaxing seaport

    Abstract:   Objective  To investigate the density,species,seasonal fluctuation and thepathogen of rodents at Jiaxing seaport, and to provide thescientific  basis for rodents prevention and control in theregion.  Methods   Mouse trap was used to survey fordensity and species distribution of rodents. Mouse cage was used tocatch the rodents for detecting epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus bygetting blood and lung samples.  Results   A totalof 40 rodents were captured and identified  to 3 ordor 4families 6 genera 6 species， the dominant species was Apodemusagrarius. The average density was 0.23%. After testing 12 samples,the epidemic hemorrhagic fever was negative.  Conclusion   The results show that rodent density ofJiaxing seaport has reached the non-rodent-port standard.
