2009—2012年京唐港口岸国际航行船舶检疫情况分析

    摘要：目的探讨2009年1月—2012年8月京唐港口岸国际航行船舶检疫情况，分析存在问题及控制关键点。方法在2009年1月—2012年8月京唐港口岸国际航行船舶数据库中提取相应信息进行研究，主要包括出入境船舶艘次、入境船舶艘次、出入境人员体温监测、媒介生物、压舱水及疾病监测等。统计分析采用SPSS13.0软件，检验水准为P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结果2009年1月—2012年8月京唐港口岸出入境船舶艘次、入境船舶、体温监测呈现逐年增长的趋势（P <0.05）。共发现85艘船舶存在蜚蠊，疾病监测船舶为37例，共对685 789吨压舱水进行消毒处理。结论京唐港口岸制定了有效的应急预案，有效防止了国外疫情经口岸传入境内。

    Analysis on results of quarantine inspectionfor international ocean ships

    from 2009 to August 2012 at Jingtang port

    Abstract:   Objective  To discuss the results of quarantine inspection for internationalocean ships at Jingtang port, and to analyze problems and the keypoints of control.  Methods   The appropriateinformation was extracted and studied from the internationalvoyages database from 2009 to August 2012, including the number ofentry-exit and entry vessels, temperature monitoring, vectors,ballast water and disease surveillance, etc. SPSS 13.0 software wasadopted (P＜0.05).  Results   The number ofentry-exit vessels, entry vessels and body temperature monitoringshowed a yearly growth tend (P < 0.05). A total of 85 ships werefound to exist cockroach, 37 cases were found, a total of 685 789tons ballast water was disinfected.  Conclusion   Itis important to formulate effective emergency plan, and effectivelyprevent the outbreak.
