摘要:目的探讨临床检验中连续监测法测定中血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)测量不确定度的评定方法。方法采用连续监测法在全自动生化分析仪上测定血清样本ALT的含量,据此原理建立数学模型,进行速率法测定血清中ALT的不确定度分析。结果血清中ALT的扩展不确定度U=4.8 U/L,k=2。结论本研究中分析了仪器本身和检测过程的几个不确定度分量,为进一步分析提供了一些思路。

Abstract: Objective To explore the measurement uncertainty evaluation method of serumalanine aminotransferase (ALT) in clinical examination. Methods The content of ALT in the serum samples wasdetected by automatic biochemical analyzer by continuous monitoringmethod,and mathematical models was established to perform theuncertainty analysis to determine the ALT in serum. Results The serum ALT of the expanded uncertainty wasU=4.8 U/L,k=2. Conclusion Several components ofproper uncertainty of machines and uncertainty of measurementprocess are considered in this research, which can provide someclues for further research.
