2006—2011年新疆口岸出入境人群中HIV感染者的流行病学调查分析

    摘要：目的了解新疆各口岸出入境人群中艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者的流行趋势和传播途径，为今后国境口岸艾滋病防控提供科学依据。方法对收集的2006—2011年新疆口岸出入境人群237 737人HIV监测阳性资料进行统计病学的统计分析。结果共检出HIV病毒感染者195例，总感染率0.082%；感染者年龄主要集中在20~40岁的人群；其中，男性感染比例高于女性（男女比为3.5:1）；少数民族感染比例高；商务人员和交通工具驾驶员为高危人群；传播途径以性传播为主。结论做好HIV感染者的流行病学调查、分析和防止艾滋病传播知识的宣传是在国境口岸控制艾滋病传播的重要环节。

    Analysis on the epidemical survey ofHIV-infected persons among

    entry-exit personnel at Xinjiang ports from2006 to 2011

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the epidemic situation and ways of HIV transmissionamong entry-exit personnel, and to provide scientific basis for theprevention and control of AIDS at Xinjiang ports. Methods   The data of the positive 237 737 cases detectedat Xinjiang ports from 2006 to 2011 were collected andanalyzed.  Results   A total of 195 cases were foundwith HIV-infected, the infection rate was 0.082%. The age of theinfected persons was mainly concentrated in the 20~40 year-oldcrowd. The proportion of infected males was higher than that offemales (3.5:1). There was a high proportion of HIV-infection inethnic minorities. The business and transport drivers were the highrisk groups. The route of transmissions was sexuallytransmitted.   Conclusion   It is crucial forthe control of the transmission of AIDS at the frontier port tocarry out epidemiological survey and analysis, and to disseminatethe knowledge of AIDS prevention.
