2009—2011年连云港口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

    摘要：目的通过对连云港口岸传染病监测情况进行分析，了解连云港口岸出入境人群中传染病的感染和流行特点，为传染病监测工作提供科学依据。方法对2009—2011年连云港口岸33 914名出入境人员传染病监测结果进行分析。结果共检出传染病727例，检出率为2.14%，其中HBsAg阳性546例；梅毒171例；肺结核6例；HIV感染4例。结论HBsAg阳性是连云港口岸检出的主要传染病，交通员工HBsAg阳性检出率最高。劳务人员和交通员工两类人群传染病检出数占总检出数的95.32%，对这两类人群应加强疾病监测和健康宣传教育。

    Analysis on monitoring results of infectiousdiseases among entry-exit

    persons at Lianyungang port

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the transmission and epidemic characteristics ofentry-exit persons at Lianyungang port, and to provid a scientificbasis for monitoring of the infectious diseases.  Methods    The monitoring results of infectiousdiseases from 33 914 entry-exit persons at Lianyungang port from2009 to 2011 were analyzed.   Results   There were 727 positive cases, the detection rate was 2.14%. Inwhich, 546 cases were HBsAg positive, 171 cases were syphilis, 6cases were pulmonary tuberculosis, 4 cases were HIVpositive.   Conclusion    HBsAg positivewas the major infectious diseases at Lianyungang port, the HBsAgpositive rate of transportation employees was dominant. Thedetection rate of infectious diseases among the labors and thetraffic stuff accounted for 95.32%. it is important to strengthendisease surveillance and health promotion and education.
