多元主体协作机制在国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病防控中的建立与应用

   摘要：为证明多元主体协作机制在国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病防控中的重要作用，并明确其建设方案,该文以甲型H1N1流感防控工作中协作机制的应用为例，描述了国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病疫情防控工作的任务需求，分析单一主体应对疫情防控工作的弊端，评价多元主体协作机制对于国境口岸重大呼吸道传染病的重要意义，并指出其目前存在的缺陷，进而提出口岸重大呼吸道传染病联防联控机制建设方案。

    Abstract:   In order to prove thesignificant role of multi-subjects cooperation mechanism in theprevention and control for the severe respiratory diseases atfrontier ports and make out the plan of the mechanismestablishment. This paper takes the cooperation mechanism inprevention and control of influenza A (H1N1) for instance,describesthe task of the prevention and control of the severe respiratorydiseases at frontier ports. Then it analyzes the disadvantages ofprevention and control of diseases by single subjects,evaluates theimportance of multi-subjects cooperation mechanism,and points outits defect at present. On this basis,it puts forward establishingplan of cooperation mechanism in the prevention and control of thesevere respiratory diseases at frontier ports.
