山东口岸核与辐射有害因子监测处置工作现状

    摘要：目的 分析山东口岸核与辐射有害因子监测处置工作现状并提出相应的建议。方法通过分析2011年山东口岸核与辐射有害因子监测阳性案例和处置情况，探讨口岸核与辐射有害因子监测处置工作现状与对策建议。结果口岸核与辐射有害因子监测处置工作总体情况良好，但在有害因子确认、事件追踪与判定、标准体系等方面存在不足。结论结合口岸工作实际，在全国建立更加合理、有效的口岸核与辐射监控体系。

    Abstract:   Objective  To analyze and discuss the current working conditions of monitoringand disposing nuclear and radiological harmful factors atports.   Methods   The monitoring results anddisposal of nuclear and radiological harmful factors at Shandongports in 2011 were analyzed, the current working condition ofmonitoring and disposing nuclear and radiological harmful factorsat ports and strategies were discussed.  Results  The current working conditions of monitoring and disposing nuclearand radiological harmful factors at Shandong ports were good.However, there were defects found in verfying harmful factors,tracking incidents and judging, standards and systems. Conclusion   It is important to combine with the actualoperations at ports and establish a more rational and effectivemonitoring and controlling system of nuclear and radiation at allports of China.
