卫生检疫电子监管体系建设的探讨

    摘要：目的 探讨完善卫生检疫电子监管工作，进一步提升电子监管卫生检疫能力。方法对电子监管系统的应用现状进行分析和总结。结果卫生检疫电子监管体系具有流程公开、远程申报、智能判断、电子证单、数据共享、风险管理、诚信管理等多种功能。结论卫生检疫电子监管体系需通过调研摸底、统筹规划、重新改造、数据共享等方法进一步提升卫生检疫行政执法的效能。

    Establishment of the electronicadministration system of

    the health quarantine

    Abstract:   Objective  To discuss how to strengthen  the electronic administrationand improve the executing ability of the healthquarantine.    Methods    The statusof the electronic administration systems and discuss the measure ofimproving the systems were analyzed. Results    There were many functions in theelectronic administration system, such as display the schedule,declare long-distance, distinguish automatically, electroniccertificate, share data, risk management, credit management, etc.Conclusion   The electronic administration system canimprove the executing ability of the health quarantine byinvestigating, programming, reconstruct, data sharing.
