摘要:目的 探索熏蒸处理后集装箱硫酰氟残留浓度散气规律以期确定合理散气时间。方法在3个不同的温度段,选择不同装载货物及不同装载量的标准集装箱,按照SN/T1124-2002《集装箱熏蒸规程》进行硫酰氟熏蒸处理。结果在进行试验的3种废物原料中,装载废塑料的集装箱散气速率慢,集装箱内硫酰氟浓度低于5 ppm所需散气时间较长。结论集装箱熏蒸后残余硫酰氟浓度和散气时间与货物本身属性、集装箱货物装载量有关,与温度、不同集装箱规格关系不显著,在进行试验的3种废物原料中,装载废塑料的集装箱散气速率慢。

Abstract: Objective To explore the treatment container fumigation of sulfuryl fluorideconcentration of residual gas dispersion with time change rule, andto determine the reasonable aeration time. Methods In three different temperature period,different loading goods and different standard container loadingcapacity were chosen according to the the container fumigationprocedure (SN/T1124-2002) for processing. Results In the test of 3 kinds of waste materials,plastic container load of scattered gas rate slow, concentration ofsulfuryl fluoride below 5 ppm scattered gas needed for longerperiods of time. Conclusion The concentration ofthe sulfuryl fluoride residue in the container after degassing isvery strictly depended on the degassing duration,absorbability andthe loading volume of the cargo,but is not obviously interrelatedto the air temperature or the size of the container.
