摘要:采用传统细胞培养、中和试验对肠道病毒进行分型费时、费力,而分子生物学技术,包括限制性内切酶片断长度多态性(RestrictionFragment Length Polymorphism,RFLP)、核酸杂交、基因序列分析、多重PCR、基因芯片等,更加快速、敏感、特异,越来越多应用于肠道病毒的分型检测。本文对肠道病毒的型别、基因分型依据及分子生物学分型检测方法进行综述。

Advance in genotyping detection onenterovirus

Abstract: The conventional typingof EV strains consists of isolating virus in cell culture, followedby neutralization test, which were time consuming and laborintensive. Molecular techniques, including restriction fragmentlength polymorphism, hybridization, nucleotide sequence analysis,multiplex, gene chip, are more rapid, sensitive and specific, whichis widely used in classified of EV. This paper reviewed EV types,and the progress of the basis and molecular biology method for EVgenotyping.
