摘要:目的建立基于数据统计分析系统(SAS)的出入境交通工具食源性疾病暴发流行快速溯源调查方法。方法应用4种χ2检验法,结合食源性疾病暴发流行调查样表,分析某口岸国际大型豪华邮轮上暴发的食源性疾病。并采用国际权威的统计分析标准软件SAS分析平台进行编程实现。结果经流行病学快速溯源调查,潜伏期为28.94h,暴露日期估计为2009年9月5日9时33分,鲜奶作为污染食品列为高风险因素,其OR值为9.03(95% CI =2.2~33.63)。结论食源性疾病暴发流行快速溯源调查方法及SAS程序为口岸食源性疾病的防控提供了一种简便、快捷且客观有效的工具。

Abstract: Objective To explore the tracing survey of food-borne disease outbreaks onentry-exit conveyances. Methods Four kind of chisquare tests were employed for the analysis of food-borne diseaseoutbreaks on the passenger liner after using relative epidemicalsurvey tables. All of the procedures were executed by computerbased on SAS program. Results The latentperiod was 28.94 h and exposure date was estimated as 9:33 on Sep.5, 2009. Fresh milk was recognized as contaminated food, the valueof OR was 9.03(95% CI = 2.2~33.63). Conclusion The tracing survey of food-borne diseaseoutbreaks and relative SAS programs can provide a convenient, quickand effective tool for the prevention and control of food-bornediseases.
