摘要:目的 进一步研究诱卵器法在口岸媒介监测现场的应用技术。方法 诱卵器法。结果(1)诱卵器放置不同高度时,0 m组和1 m组的诱卵指数分别为87.68和83.79,0 m组高于1 m组(χ2 = 13.24,P< 0.005),0 m组和1 m组的幼虫密度分别为13.21条/个和11.23条/个,0 m组高于1 m组(t =2.259,P = 0.05);(2)诱卵器放置不同时间时,4 d、7 d和10d组的诱卵指数分别为28.00、74.50和76.41,4 d组低于7 d组(χ2 = 86.54,P = 0.000)和10d组(χ2 = 92.69,P = 0.000),4 d、7 d和10d组幼虫密度分别为2.095条/个、9.11条/个和11.36条/个,4 d组低于7 d组(t = 2.334,P =0.024),7 d组低于10 d组(t = 4.691,P = 0.000);(3)诱卵指数和幼虫密度呈较为密切的正相关(0 m组r= 0.779,P = 0.008;1 m组r = 0.794,P =0.006),不同监测时间和监测点诱卵指数和容器指数的关系需进一步研究。结论 在福州口岸建议诱卵器放置在地面上,放置时间为7~10d,以提高成蚊产卵率,增加敏感性;需进一步研究诱卵器法和布雷图指数、房屋指数和容器指数在口岸地区的关联性,探索评价指标的推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To study the application in the field on ovitrap method at frontierports. Methods The ovitrap method waschosen. Results (1) When ovitraps wereplaced at different heights,the larval positive index of 0 metersgroup and 1 meters group were 87.68 and 83.79, respectively, andthere was significant difference between them (χ2 =13.24, P <0.005); The larval density of 0 meters group and 1 meters groupwere 13.21 and 11.23, respectively, and there was significantdifference between them (t=2.259, P=0.05);(2) When ovitraps werekeep different days,The larval positive index of 4 days group and 7days group and 10 days group were 28.00 and 74.50 and 76.41,respectively, the positive index of 4 days group was lower thanthat 7 days group (χ2 =86.54, P = 0.000) and of 10 days group(χ2=92.69, P =0.000). The larval density of 4 days group and 7 daysgroup and 10 days group were 2.10 and 9.11 and 11.36, respectively,the highest was that of 10 days group, and then of 7 days group,and 4 days group. (3)There was positive correlation between thelarval positive index and the larval density (0 meters group:r =0.779, P = 0.008, 1 meters group:r = 0.794, P = 0.006) and therelationship between them on different docks and different timesshould be observed further. Conclusion We should placedovitraps on the ground and keep 7~10 days on ovitrap method invector surveillance at Fuzhou frontier ports in order to improvethe mosquito oviposition rate and sensitivity of monitoring, andenhance the study of the relationship between ovitrap index andBreteau index and housing index and container index at frontierports to explore evaluation index’s application.
