基于聚类分析方法的进境空箱持箱公司分类管理模式探讨

    摘要：目的针对上海洋山港进境空箱持箱公司自身的特点，对不同公司实施分类管理，使入境空箱管理工作更为科学有效。方法通过聚类分析方法，并结合SPSS软件对持箱公司进行分类，并对不同管理类别公司制定相应的管理措施。结果将上海洋山口岸涉及的23家持箱公司分为五类进行管理，并为每一类公司所持空箱制定了相应的查验标准。结论聚类分析方法能够有效地将指标项差异较大的公司予以区分，对分类管理的实施起到了较好的作用。

    Discussion on management model based oncluster analysis method of companies with entry emptycontainers

    Abstract:   Objective  To use the method of category management on the companies withentry empty containers at Yangshan port, and to make the managementon empty containers more effectively according to their ownfeatures.  Methods   The method of cluster analysiswas used, the companies with entry empty containers were classifiedby SPSS software. Meanwhile, the appropriate management measureswere developed to different types of companies. Results   A total of 23 companies with entry emptycontainers was divided into five categories, and all standards ofinspection and quarantine aiming at each category wereformulated.   Conclusion   The method ofcluster analysis is able to differ companies in largedifferentiation of index items from each other, which is quiteuseful for us to carry out category management method.
