珲春口岸出境人员丙型肝炎病毒感染情况分析

    摘要：目的分析珲春口岸出境人员丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染情况，为控制丙型肝炎流行，制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测出境人员血清中HCV抗体，对HCV抗体阳性者，进行流行病学调查。结果 共检查出境人员15246人次,检测出HCV抗体阳性者541例，阳性率为3.55%，其中男性阳性率为2.66%，女性为5.06%。结论对出境人员进行HCV检测是控制丙型肝炎传播的重要环节，要加强有关丙型肝炎知识的宣传教育和预防干预措施。

    Analysis of surveillance results on HepatitisC virus infection

    among exit personnel at Hunchun port

    Abstract:   Objective  To analyze the infection of HCV among exit personnel at Hunchunport, and to provide scientific basis for controlling the spreadof  HCV and to find the way to deal with thesituation.   Methods   Anti-HCV was detected bythe enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) among  exitpersonnel who received physical examination.Epidemiologicalinvestigation of the persons with positive anti-HCV weredetected.   Results   In 15 246 exit personnel,Totally 541 people were proved to be infected. The infection ratewas 3.55%, in which, the infection rate of female (5.06%) washigher than that of male(2.66%).   Conclusion  It is very significant to enhance the instructive propaganda andstrengthen the precautionary measures of Hepatitis C. Thesupervision of Hepatitis C for people passing out is a veryimportant link to control the prevalence of the Hepatitis C.
