2010—2011年河南口岸朝觐人员腹部超声检查结果分析

    摘要：目的了解河南口岸朝觐人员腹部超声检查情况和异常情况特点，为提供健康咨询和医学指导提供科学依据。方法对2010—2011年河南口岸共736名朝觐人员的超声检查结果进行统计分析。结果736名朝觐人员中，检出异常者522例，检出率为70.92％。脂肪肝检出率最高，为31.66%；60岁以上发病率较高的疾病有脂肪肝、肾囊肿、胆囊结石、胆囊切除、肝囊肿等；胆囊结石和胆囊切除以女性为多；肾囊肿、肾结石和肾积水男性检出率高于女性。结论需要进一步加强对朝觐人员腹部相关疾病知识的宣传，采取有效预防措施，提高朝觐人员的健康水平。

    Analysisi of results on abdominal ultrasoundexaminations among pilgrims at Henan port

    Abstract:   Objective  To analyze the result of Henan Port pilgrims’ abdominal ultrasound,and to provide medical guidance for them.  Methods  The results of the 736 pilgrims’ abdominal ultrasound of Henan Portfrom 2010 to 2011 were analyzed.  Results   Among736 pilgrims, there were 522 cases of abnormalities, the detectionrate was 70.92%. The positive rate of fatty liver was remarkablyhigher than that of the other diseases.  In over 60 agedgroup, the incidence rate of fatty liver, renal cystic disease,gallstones, cholecystectomy, and liver cyst were high. Gallstonesand cholecystectomy were detected mostly in women. Kidney cysts,kidney stones and hydronephrosis were detected in more men thanwomen.   Conclusion   In 736 pilgrims, theoverall incidence rate increased with age. It’s necessary toeducate the pilgrims on the potential contraction of abdominaldiseases, and take effective measures to prevent it and improve thehealth of the pilgrims.
