采血室空气实时消毒灭菌的效果分析

    摘要：目的 了解实时消毒灭菌方法在国际旅行卫生保健中心采血室的应用效果。方法利用臭氧（O3）消毒机对采血室进行消毒灭菌后再采样进行检测。每次实验时采集3组不同的空气样本进行比较：1组为工作时间内未消毒灭菌的空气样本，2组为工作时间内实时消毒灭菌后的空气样本，3组为休息时间内消毒灭菌后的空气样本。采样时每个房间放置3个细菌计数培养皿，每次采9份标本。对样本进行培养并进行菌落计数。结果连续采集12周的标本，检测结果表明经过消毒灭菌后的采血室空气细菌菌落数为105~314 cfu/m3，空气质量合格。结论可以利用臭氧消毒机对采血室进行实时消毒灭菌。

    Investigation of real time air disinfectionin blood collection room

    Abstract:   Objective  To investigate the effection of real time air disinfection in bloodcollection room of International Travel HealthcareCenter.   Methods   Air samples were collectedand tested in the blood collection room was disinfected by ozone(O3) disinfection machine. Three kinds of air samples werecollected in one experiment: the samples from the blood collectionroom without disinfection in the working time, the samples from theblood collection room with disinfection in the working time, andthe samples from the blood collection room with disinfection in therest time. Each time 3 plates of culture count were put diagonallyat equal distance in the room and 9 samples were collected. Thesamples were cultured and the colonies were counted.  Results   A total of 12 weeks` samples were collectedcontinuously, the tests showed that the  colonies were1054-314cfu/m3, it proved that the air condition was qualifiedafter disinfection.  Conclusion   The ozonedisinfection machine can be used to disinfect air condition ofblood collection room in real time.
