武汉口岸出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

    摘要：目的掌握武汉口岸出入境人员的疾病分布特点及其流行规律，为制定防控对策提供科学依据。方法 2009—2010年，对武汉口岸52598名出入境人员疾病监测结果进行统计分析。结果 共检出各类疾病及异常指标者14856例，总检出率为28.24%。其中非传染性疾病有高血压、心电图改变，检出率分别为15.49%、11.40%；传染性疾病有肺结核、梅毒抗体阳性、HIV抗体阳性，检出率分别为0.78%、0.55%、0.02%。结论应加强对重点人群的疾病监测，在切实做好传染性疾病防控工作的同时，加强对非传染性疾病知识的普及和宣传，促进出入境人员身体健康。

    Analysis on disease surveillance resultsamong international

    travelers at Wuhan ports

    Abstract:   Objective  To understand the disease distribution characteristics andepidemical condition of international travellers at Wuhan port, soas to provide a scientific basis for the development of diseasesurveillance and prevention.  Methods   The diseasesurveillance results of 52 598 international travellers at Wuhanport during 2009-2010 were analyzed.  Results  Atotal of 14 856 cases of infectious diseases and non-infectiousdiseases were found, the detection rate was 28.24%. Non-infectiousdisease includes high blood pressure and electrocardiogram changes,the detection rate was 15.49%, 11.40%, respectively; Infectiousdisease contains pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis antibodypositive, HIV antibody  positive, the detection rate was0.78%, 0.55%, 0.02%, respectively.  Conclusion   Disease surveillance for focus crowd shouldbe strengthened. It is very important to enhance prevention andcontrol work on infectious disease sensibly, meanwhile, we shouldpopularize and publicize the preventing knowledge of non-infectiousdisease, to promote the health of international travellers.
