盘锦口岸出境人员B超检查结果分析

    摘要：目的通过对盘锦口岸出境人员进行健康体检，分析B超检查结果确定疾病谱，为国际旅行卫生保健及疾病防治工作提供依据。方法 收集了11359名出境人员的B超检查结果，对结果进行统计学处理。结果 共检出16类疾病2 948例，检出率为25.95%。其中脂肪肝2273例，占总数的20.01%；30~50岁为高发年龄；男性检出率高于女性，男女检出率有显著差异。胆囊息肉179例，检出率为1.58%；胆囊结石104例，检出率为0.92%；肾脏结石196例，检出率为1.73%；肾脏囊肿99例，检出率为0.87%；另外还检出胃癌1例。结论通过对出境人员进行疾病监测体检的超声检查能及时发现阳性病例，做到早发现、早治疗，保护出境人员身体健康。

    Analysis on results of B-ultrasonicexamination among exit

    personnel at Panjin port

    Abstract:   Objective  To analyze the result of disease surveillance by B-ultrasonicexamination among exit personnel,and to provide the basis fordisease prevention and international travel health care. Methods   The results of B-ultrasonic examination amongexit personnel were analyzed.   Results   Atotal of 2 948 cases and 16 kinds of diseases were found, thepositive rate was 25.95%. 2 273 cases of fatty liver were found,accounting for 20.01%. The positive rate of 30-55 year group wasthe highest. The positive rate of male group was higher than thefemale with a significant difference. 179 cases were gallbladderpolyp, the detection rate was 1.58%. 104 cases were gallbladderstone, the detection rate was 0.92%. 196 cases were kidney stone,the detection rate was 1.73%. 99 cases were cyst, the detectionrate was 0.87%. All of positive cases, one case was gastric cancer.Conclusion   It is timely to find out the causes of thepositive cases through disease surveillance by B-ultrasonicexamination among exit personnel. So early detection and treatmentcan protect the health of exit personnel.
