摘要:目的掌握入境集装箱废纸应用硫酰氟卫生处理的时间—浓度分布,开箱散气所需的安全时间和影响因素,探索卫生处理效果评价依据。方法2008年5月—2009年10月,随机选择120个装载入境废纸的40英尺集装箱,按12g/m3硫酰氟投药,对集装箱废纸实施密闭熏蒸处理,检测投药24 h内,箱体内不同部位药物浓度变化,以及开箱散气6h内箱内药物浓度变化。结果 熏蒸24 h内,箱内药物浓度均能达到56 g/m3以上,投药6 h后箱体上、中、下部浓度均衡;开箱散气6h,99.2%箱内浓度低于5 ppm的安全水平。结论 在自然环境下,按12 g/m3硫酰氟投药,投药6h后,箱体内上、中、下部浓度达到均衡。开箱散气所需时间<6 h,获得40英尺集装箱废纸硫酰氟熏蒸时间—浓度分布。

Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between proper dosage exposure time andeffect of sulfuryl fluoride of entry waste paper in containers,andto provide evaluation evidence of the safe time and influencingfactors after opening containers. Methods A totalof 120 forty-foot containers were chosen randomly from May 2008 toOct.2009 by 12 g/m3 Sulfuryl Fluoride in fumigation in containers.The distributing of Sulfuryl Fluoride in the containers wasdetected during the 24 h fumigation time and 6 h after openingcontainers. Results Sulfuryl Fluoride was morethan 56g/m3 in the containers during the 24 h fumigation time. Thedistributing of Sulfuryl Fluoride in the containers was balanceableafter 6 h,and 99.2%of the containers was under 5 ppm in 6 hafter opening container. Conclusion On naturalcircumstance, select 12g/m3 Sulfuryl Fluoride by fumigation incontainers,the distributing of Sulfuryl Fluoride in the containerswill be balanceable after 6 h. The safety time after openingcontainers was more than 6 h. Fine the distributing orderliness ofSulfuryl Fluoride by fumigation of waste paper in forty-footcontainers.
