摘要:目的为了实现集装箱自动感应式消毒,提高消毒效率,降低生产成本,加快货物的通关速度,促进港口发展。方法采用微机系统、红外线感应器、自动消毒探测器、时间继电器、液位传感器、自动加水加药装置等先进技术手段,研发了快速智能闸口集装箱消毒系统。结果系统建成后可从原来每车消毒时间约2 min缩短至约45 s,每个通道日处理量可达1 000个标箱。结论该系统实用性强、效率高、消毒效果好,能够在全国乃至全世界各口岸推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To implement the auto-induction disinfection system on thecontainer, and to increase disinfection efficiency, reduce cost,accelerate the clearance proceedings, stimulate port development.Methods Rapid intelligent Container Disinfection System hasbeen invented by adopting micro machine system, infrared sensors,automatic disinfection detectors, time relay, liquid level sensor,automatic water dosing device, etc. and it displays the structure,operational principles and the effect of auto disinfection systemand the automatic mandicine dosing device. Results It tookonly 45s after the establishment of the system, far shorter thanthe former 2 min, it can deal with 1 000 TEUs everyday. Conclusion The system is very practical, efficient with fabulousdisinfection, and can be used at all ports in the country andeven all over the world.
